Body full of shrapnels

Naji Bakir, a survivor from a bombing of  a rocket fire of a Syrian warplane but cut his left leg and left shrapnel throughout his body, especially in his hands and his back, many of which can’t be taken out. Two days ago a fragment of metal came out of his head, “I became an expert in shrapnel and how to get them out of my body” he said.
